These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and ph50 ("ph50," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph50.one ("the Platform"). ph50 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
You may register one (1) account on ph50 per person. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any bonus funds being forfeited.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information reasonably requested by ph50 for identity verification purposes. You agree to promptly update any information that changes.
ph50 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time ph50 deems appropriate. Required documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID), and may include a selfie with the document and proof of address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph50 account credentials. You must not share your password or OTP with any third party. ph50 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you personally initiated it — is your responsibility.
All transactions on ph50 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph50 does not accept foreign currency. Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and ph50's minimum and maximum transaction limits which may change from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your ph50 account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ph50 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You agree that all funds deposited into your ph50 account are from a legal source and are not proceeds of illegal activity.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph50 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph50 content without prior written authorisation from ph50.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph50's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to ph50 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph50 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits or gaming revenue; (c) losses arising from service interruption, system downtime, or telecommunications failures beyond ph50's reasonable control; or (d) any loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
The ph50 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph50 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any game for a particular purpose.
ph50 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity (accounts with no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months); or at the direction of PAGCOR or a competent Philippine court.
Upon permanent account closure, ph50 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds and applicable charges) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding investigations or legal holds.
You may close your ph50 account at any time by contacting ph50 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
ph50 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the ph50 Privacy Policy, available at ph50.one/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering on ph50, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph50 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
ph50 operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by ph50 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint handling procedures.
